Terms and Conditions
We urge our guests to read these provisions and note their responsibilities, payment arrangements, cancellation terms, and limitations on the liability of PK Continental Hotel.
1. RESERVATION AND CONFIRMATION OF RESERVATION
A reservation made via e-mail, website, phone, or in-person to use PK Continental Hotel services is not confirmed until the full payment is made. The room is at your disposal from 3 pm on the day of arrival until 12 noon on the day of departure unless other arrangements have been made.
2. PAYMENT
POS: We accept Naira and US Dollar cards. Please note that the full amount must be settled during check-in.
Bank transfer: Please contact us if you wish to make a bank transfer, and we will provide you with our bank details.
Cash: We only accept Naira cash, although we prefer card payments.
Please note that we require the
full amount to appear on our account before your arrival. For foreign
payments, this might take 4 – 6 banking days.
3. ROOM PRICES
PK Continental Hotel guarantees that
all online reservations will be at the best available price for the room
of your choice on the booking date. This is our commitment to providing
our customers with maximum value for money.
Room rates are quoted per room, per night, and are exclusive of VAT.
Each room accommodates a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 12.
Breakfast is included only if booked with the room. Otherwise, breakfast, drinks, and snacks will be charged separately.

4. CHANGING/ CANCELLATION
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before arrival, no later than 3:00 PM, to avoid a charge equivalent to one night’s room rate per canceled room.
Cancellations must be submitted via email or phone. If not received within the stated time frame, an invoice will be issued following these terms.
All refunds will be processed promptly. Once refund instructions have left our office, please allow 5–20 working days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
If you are an in-house guest and choose to shorten your stay, please inform the hotel at least 24 hours before your new check-out date. Failure to do so will result in a charge equal to one additional night per room booked.
Please note that last-minute bookings made through online travel agencies upon arrival are non-refundable and subject to the standard cancellation policy.
5. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Rooms are available from 3 pm on the arrival date.
Please let us know if you are likely to arrive after 10 pm.
Your room must be vacated by 12
noon on the day of departure. Failure to do so will result in an
additional cost of one night’s accommodation.
6. PARTICULAR REQUIREMENTS
All our guest rooms are strictly non-smoking. If smoking is detected in a room, a cleaning fee of ₦50,000 will be charged.
This also applies each time the fire alarm is triggered due to smoking, and includes any compensation given to other guests.
Although we will make every possible
effort to accommodate your requirements, all rooms are subject to
availability. We apologize in advance if your particular requests cannot
be met.
Nigerian law requires a valid ID,
such as an international passport, national ID card, driver’s license,
or permanent voter card, at check-in.
7. BREAKFAST
Breakfast is served between 7 am and 11 am on all days of the week.
8. LAUNDRY
All guests can use our laundry services. We wash, dry, and iron.
Please note that no dry cleaning is available.
Nordic Hotels Nigeria is not responsible for any damages or shrinkage of clothes.
9. PLEASE NOTE
We regret to inform you that, except for assistance dogs, no pets are allowed in the hotel.
Electrical appliances, such as
toasters, mini cookers, and portable grills, may not be used in the
rooms as they may set off the sensitive fire alarm system.
Room reservations are non-transferable and must not, under any circumstances, be sold or otherwise transferred to a third party who is not a member of your group.
Only PK Continental Hotel is authorised to advertise, market, or offer our rooms for sale, individually or as part of a package. Any resale, bundling, or promotion of our rooms without prior written consent is prohibited.
Guests are fully responsible for any damage caused to the room or its contents during their stay. PK Continental Hotel reserves the right to charge for repairs or replacements as necessary.
While we are committed to providing a safe and secure environment,PK Continental Hotel is not liable for any personal injuries sustained while on the property. We encourage all guests to take appropriate care during their stay.
